Services
We’re best known for our Homeownership Program where volunteers build and rehab simple, quality homes in partnership with low-income families and the community. We sell the homes with affordable mortgages, making a 30-year commitment to each new homeowner and to the community in which they live. We also preserve homeownership by assisting low-income homeowners with critical repairs on their homes through our Home Repair program.
Family Services
Family Services Department provides case management, coordinates homeownership and financial literacy training, schedules sweat equity hours and provides Habitat partner families with additional resources to achieve the goal of attaining and sustaining homeownership. Family Services also provides one-on-one post-purchase counseling services to assist homeowners finding themselves unable to make mortgage payments explore available alternatives.
